Everytime I try to burn pictures onto a disk it says please insert a disk and below a message pops up saying that it will perform better with a hi speed USB device but cannot find a controller for the hi speed USB port, I don't know what's going on, do I need a different disk, I'm using a disk that says DVD-R 1-16x speed 4.7GB and it says it needs a CD-R is that the same thing? How can I burn the pictures?
