i m watching your site daily. moslty in monsoon season. your updated site is very nice. please let me know till how many days now monsoon will remain in gujarat and especially in ahmedabad. will the scanty ness reduce in whole over gujarat? i think ahmedabad city has completed his average rainfall in comparison to last year. this year it was expected very less rain but fortunately ahmedabad has received more than the average rain.

Se observa que tal epicentro ponderado se sitfaa ahora en el mar, me1s al sur del Jule1n, con respecto a los anteriores epicentros ponderados presentados. Por otra parte se presentan los hipocentros respecto a un El Hierro virtual situado a 30 Km de altitud. (20-28 de septiembre)

Can You Help Me Please?I am 17 years old a male and I weight 200lbs. I have ALOT of belly fat. I have ptetry strong arms and I have very weak legs and my hamstrings are VERY VERY TIGTH. I have the entire P90X workout set and I am using bricks for weights and I am not using the bands. I also have tai chi for daily practice and qigong for stress relief. I also have turbo jam, Turbo Sculpt, punch kick and jam and AB jam by turbo jam. Also have ten minute trainer Belly Blaster. I am wanting to know in what order I should do these workouts so that I can weight 160-150lbs by Feb. of 2010. Please tell the best order that will help me lose all this weight and belly fat. Please tell me how many times a day I should do these workouts per day. Please only answer this question if you know these workouts. Thanks in advance so much I only have until Feb. until I turn 18 and I want to be in the best shape of my life. If you have any other suggest let me know thank you if you have any questions or want these workouts email me at thank you. I can get up at 5:00 in the morning if needed. I also have I a thirty minute walk exercise that I will do too. Please also tell me each day of the week which exercises to do and also remember that I have to be done by Feb. of 2010. I am also ptetry well tight all over so tight it some times hurts to move. If you have any suggestions please tell me. By Feb. I want to be in the shape of my life so please help.

WOW, that is an incredible photo, I don't often say brenihtaktag but that one had that effect on me. So very beautiful I almost forgot to breathe. WOW again. I so wish I had been there to experience that. I once had a Finnish friend who wrote of The marvelous play of light above our heads. First time I have seen it that spectacular.
